Born in Rome on 13 2 1975 

- Degree in Law at “La Sapienza” University in Rome, with final dissertation in Administrative Law (December 1991). Graduated cum laude. 

- Lieutenant in the Infantry Alpine troops (Army) and Reserve officer as legal advisor (previously Platoon Commander). He participated in the NATO KFOR “Joint Guardian” operation as Legal Advisor. 

- He is admitted to Rome Bar Association since October 2003. His practice focuses primarily on administrative and civil law. 

- Attended a post-graduate course on European Union Law for legal experts at the Italian Company for International Organisation in cooperation with “Cassa Nazionale di Previdenza e Assistenza Forense”. 

- Master’s degree for Experts on Public Local Services at the Regional Institute of Legal Studies for Lazio “A.C. Jemolo”. 

- Master’s degree in Public Administration Management at “La Sapienza” University in Rome. 

- Lecturer in Public Law (undergraduate course) at the 2^nd Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of “La Sapienza” University (Rome), for the course in Orthopaedics techniques. 

- Lecturer in a conference in Rome (13 June 2006) at the “Auditorium Cassa Forense” on “New and old disciplines for tender offer”
